National Tuberculosis Advisory Committee (NTAC)

Brief summary including goals and objectives

In 1999, CDNA endorsed the formation of the National Tuberculosis Advisory Committee (NTAC) which has representation from each jurisdiction and the Commonwealth. The NTAC Terms of Reference are:

• To provide strategic, expert advice to CDNA on a coordinated national and international approach to TB control; and
• To develop and review national agreed strategic and implementation plans for the control of TB in Australia.
