Jurisdictional Executive Group (JEG)

Brief summary including goals and objectives

In 2002, the NPHP agreed to the reformation of the CDNA Strategic Steering Committee (SSC) into the CDNA Jurisdictional Executive Group (JEG) to take a stronger role as the executive body of CDNA. JEG consists of CDNA jurisdictional members and provides a venue for decision making on operational policy matters, major documents and the direction of CDNA (generally following consideration by the full CDNA).

Major issues (such as both urgent and longer term responses to bioterrorist incidents) will be referred to JEG for coordinated policy and actions with specialist input from other CDNA members as required.
