Brief summary including goals and objectives

The role of the ICGSC was to revise the national infection control guidelines. The revised “Infection Control Guidelines for the Prevention of Transmission of Infectious Diseases in the Health Care Setting” have been endorsed by CDNA and NPHP and will be presented to AHMAC for endorsement.
