About NPHPMemorandum of UnderstandingAll Health Ministers agreed to continue the NPHP and the Memorandum of Understanding to give effect to this decision, for the period 2003-2007, was signed in February 2003. The MOU sets out the objectives of the NPHP, clarifies the roles and responsibilities of the respective parties to the multi-lateral agreement and describes the arrangements for implementation. |
